General Information

• UKISS IDO is the first Protected Launch on Scaleswap, which means that the UKISS team will do their best to make their project performing. If you want to learn more about Protected Launch, here is the article.
• Public and Private IDO pools for UKISS ($KISS token) will open on September 30th at 12pm UTC / 8pm HKT. Only whitelisted participants who have also successfully completed KYC will be able to take part.
• The UKISS IDO is ONLY hosted on https://app.scaleswap.io. Please be aware of scams, fake websites, and impersonators!
• The IDO will be conducted on the BSC network and USDT will be needed for the participation.

Step 3: Start Building Your ScaleSCORE

There will be two pools in UKISS IDO – Private and Public. 

• Private pool – allocation per person is larger and participation is guaranteed based on the ScaleSCORE rankings. To participate in the private pool you should join the ScaleScore loyalty system. For UKISS IDO, max allocation is $700 per person in the private pool.
  
• Public pool is dedicated for everyone who wants to participate and the only requirement for that – successfully passed gleam tasks. However, allocation in the public pool is smaller, your chances of securing a spot are lower. For UKISS IDO, max allocation is $500 per person in the public pool.

Step 4: Apply to Be Whitelisted and Complete KYC

Whitelisting is mandatory for every offering on Scaleswap. In order to be eligible to participate in the UKISS IDO, kindly fulfill all the tasks in gleam. After it’s done, the best way to get notified about all important  dates and details is by signing up for email notifications. You can also enable push notifications on your mobile device for our Telegram Announcement channel or Twitter Account.

Steps

• Submit whitelist application
• Complete KYC (this is necessary to ensure a fair, transparent, and legally compliant launch)
• Kick back and relax while Scaleswap processes each of the requests. Approved applicants will receive notification by email

For the participation in the offerings on Scaleswap we highly recommend to use Metamask desktop version.

Step 5: Ready for Launch!

Before the sale you will get the email invite to participate from [email protected]. When you get it, it means that you’re whitelisted –  congratulations! Now you just have to read the email carefully and prepare the amount of USDT that you plan to exchange for $KISS tokens.

Step 6: The sale!

1st batch

Public pool will open on https://app.scaleswap.io/ at 12pm UTC on the 30th of September. To join the pool, everyone should connect his wallet a few minutes before the pool is open – in order to be prepared. Remember, the public pool is based on FCFS, so there’s a chance that not everyone who is whitelisted will get the allocation.

Private pool will open on https://app.scaleswap.io/ at 12pm UTC on the 30th of September for top 100 Scalescore holders who joined the whitelist. Every wallet will have guaranteed allocation within 30min – it means that there’s no need to rush until the pool is closed at 12.30pm UTC. At the same moment, at 12.30pm UTC will start the 2nd batch for the private pool –  will be whitelisted next 50 TOP ScaleScore holders if there’s still some allocation left. 

Step 7: Claim $KISS

TGE for $KISS is planned in 72 hours after the IDO, so it will happen not later than 3rd of October – on PancakeSwap. More details will be released after the IDO.

Here are the conditions of each batch:

• In the first batch (guaranteed allocation), TOP ScaleScore holders who applied to the gleam and NFTpass holders will have 30min with the ability to buy max guaranteed allocation with no rush. They should join the pool at 12pm UTC and connect their wallets to participate.
• The second batch will be organized on a FCFS basis 30min after the start of the first batch – on the 20th of September at 12.30 p.m. UTC. The maximum allocation per person in the second batch will be announced soon.

• Buying token: USDT (also you will need a small amount of BNB for transaction fees in order to participate).

• The list of wallets whitelisted to both batches will be published shortly before the sale.
• Maximum allocations for both batches will be announced soon.

• Network: BSC

• There will be USDT/HS_Proxy swap pair during the INO and every holder of HS_Proxy, will be able to mint GENESIS NFT for free from the Haunted Space claiming page after the pool is closed. 1 GENESIS NFT per 1 HS_Proxy.
• Total number of GENESIS NFTs to be sold on Scaleswap – 100
• The price of each GENESIS NFT – 115 USDT

The INO will be conducted in 2 batches on September 15th – on https://app.scaleswap.io:
